Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Smart Vision Institute ("we", "us"). By creating an account, using this website, or activating a course through our WhatsApp service, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date.
• Your account is personal. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account.
• A student account works on one device. Signing in from another device may be blocked until an administrator resets it.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

3. Modules and activation

Some modules are free. Paid modules open after activation, either with an activation code or after we verify your payment.

An activation code works once and for one account. Activation gives you personal access to the module. It cannot be transferred or resold.

4. Payments

Payments are made by the transfer methods we announce, and confirmed through our WhatsApp number. You send the payment receipt, we verify it, and then the course is activated on your account.

Send only genuine receipts for payments you or your payer really made. A receipt that is edited, reused or belongs to someone else's payment is fraud: we will refuse the request, and we may suspend the account and block the number.

Prices are in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise. The price that applies is the one announced when you pay.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support with the phone number you paid from and the reason for the request. We look at whether the course was activated and used, and we tell you the decision. An approved refund is sent back to the account the payment came from.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, photograph, record, publish or share questions, explanations, videos or any other content.
• Collect content by automated means, or try to read answer keys or other data you are not meant to see.
• Use more than one account, or another person's account, to get around limits.
• Cheat in exams or on leaderboards, or disrupt other students.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the services.

7. Ownership of content

All questions, explanations, images, videos, designs and software belong to us or to our instructors and licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own study while you have access. No other right is granted.

8. Educational purpose

The content is for exam preparation and study. It is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat any person. We work to keep the content accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that using it will produce any particular exam result.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, in particular for account sharing, content copying or payment fraud. You can stop using the services at any time and ask us to delete your account.

10. Availability and liability

We try to keep the services available, but they may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected module.

11. Privacy

How we use your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy on this website, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If you keep using the services after a change, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
